The hotel has a great location, it is very close to the city centre, you can leave your car and have a nice walk. The service was great, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were nice with great comfy bed and pillows, the bathroom was well equipped with all necessary. One downside was that it was kind of hot in the rooms even with AC set to minimum.
A brand new city hotel in Plovdiv, bearing the prominent brand of Hilton. The location is great with a speedy access to the heart of the historical old town and trendy shops. The rooms are good in size and clean. The lobby and cafeteria are quite convenient for friendly meetings and coffee breaks. Mr. Bayazit and his team provide the best support. We stayed as a family of three for a short visit, yet we will stay longer next time to enjoy more of the lovely Plovdiv. Thank you, Hilton for bringing this quality service.

Very comfortable stay in this nice new hotel. Great bed and well appointed room in handy location. Easy walk to all main tourist attractions. Only issue was inconsistent hot water supply to the shower. We also did not take the breakfast as we felt that €15 is quite expensive 10/10 otherwise.

very convenient location, right next to the bishop basilica museum and 5 min walk from old town. room was OK functionality wise and good size ... nice wall decoration. breakfast was plenty and fresh. but front desk staff : if inquired about upgrade, stop with the immediate response of suites are fully booked. it takes one click on the app to see that there are plenty available. anyways it's a decent accommodation and plovdiv center is a great place to visit.
